Please note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. Never send your bank or credit card details by email. We destroy your payment details 10 days after completion of your order to safeguard your card numbers.

All items for sale within the EU are inclusive of VAT @ 23%
Non EU Customers: We regret that our website does not allow us to deduct Value Added Tax on your purchase at the point of payment. We will however refund the VAT element of your purchase using your original payment method upon receipt of your order.
We accept the methods of payment listed below.
Delivery & Returns
All items are shipped free of charge by Irish registered post and must be signed for on delivery.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or the item is faulty it can be returned to us within 30 days of dispatch.
You must obtain a Goods Return Number (GRN) within 7 working days of receipt of delivery by emailing info@maureenlynch.ie
Returns received outside the above time frame will not be accepted.
Goods must be returned in their original box with the receipt.
We will refund the value of the items returned.
Maureen Lynch Jewellery has no control over customs or import duties that may be levied when the jewellery reaches your destination country and for which you are liable.
International customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU.
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us.
We do not accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged during return. We strongly advise customers to insure returns against loss or damage.
You cannot return goods without first obtaining a Goods Return Number . We reserve the right to refuse/return unidentified returns to the sender.
Special Made-to-Order commissions and personalised items are non-returnable.
